Membership Eligibility :

1. Anyone age 15 years old and above can apply for our membership, subjected to our clubs approval.
2. Members from 15 years old to 20 years old are considered as junior members and are given free membership for 3 years or until they reach 21 years of age, whichever comes first, upon which they are considered as paying members and must start paying their membership fees.
3. Senior citizen at age 60 years and above are given one year free membership only and must start paying their membership fees the following years.
4. Membership is not transferable.
5. Membership is applicable only through our website. Please go to the membership application page to submit your application.
   Junior Membership application, please use the junior membership application page.
   Once membership application is submitted, you are deem to have read, understood and agree to our clubs rules and regulations.

Membership Fees :

1. The membership fees is USD25.00 annually.
2. Membership fees are payable through Paypal, Credit or Debit Cards.
3. Payment can also be made through deduction of Loyalty Rewards Points.
4. If there is any cancellation or termination of membership, the membership fees are not refundable.

Membership Cancelation/Termination :

1. Membership can be terminated or cancelled if a member violates the club’s rules and regulations that could damage or jeopardized the website or company image in general.
2. The followings can be constituted as a violation of the Rules and Regulations.
   • Spreading rumours that is damaging to GTC.
   • Abused of privileges.
   • Damaging GTC property or properties.
   • Violent or unwarranted behaviour while travelling and/or using GTC facilities.
   • Cheating other members of their Loyalty Rewards Points in whatever means.
3. If a member is terminated his or her Loyalty Rewards Points will be forfeited the following year but whatever balance before the termination will be paid out to you.
4. GTC management will decide and have the final say on these matters and NO APPEAL will be entertained.
5. GTC reserved the Rights to add, remove, amend or change any of these Rules and Regulations as and when required.
6. Members who surrender, terminate or give up their membership are not entitled to any future clubs benefits, privileges and Loyalty Rewards Points. Whatever Loyalty Rewards Points balance will be paid out you.
